This class is mandatory for any photography student who is serious about improving their photography. In this class, you will learn things that, surprisingly, are rarely taught. This information is fundamental to the success and enjoyment of photography and the reason Mike rates Complete Exposure as a “beginner” class. Most photographers, even those with years of experience, have little mastery of exposure. If you’re someone with a good deal of experience, it may be more gratifying and efficient to take a private lesson with Mike.
You must first complete Get to Know Your Camera & Digital Photo Basics and have familiarity with your camera’s operations and controls. The class requires that you own an interchangeable lens DSLR or mirrorless camera that gives you control of your photography: manual exposure mode, spot (or partial) metering, and so forth.
