Make Great Pictures, Now!

2-SESSION PHOTO COMPOSITION CLASS

Course Requirements

 Return to Course Description

This workshop teaches the basics of photo composition, but it is by no means basic. Mike MacDonald has invented several of his own “secret” techniques and rules. Even seasoned photographers will learn a thing or two.

If you have questions about your experience level, please email us or phone 630-852-8448.

SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE FOLLOWING CLASSES (No Exceptions):

PHOTO EQUIPMENT & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • You need your own Digital Interchangeable Lens Camera (DSLR or mirrorless/EVF) with a lens. These cameras accept different lenses and give you complete access to all the controls. The camera cannot be shared with someone else in class.
  • Send in your homework images using the free WeTransfer service: https://wetransfer.com/.
    • If class is in-person, you may provide your homework images on a USB thumb drive.

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE CLASSES

  • A computer and monitor with ZOOM installed and an Internet connection so that you can participate in the class.
NOTE: What’s cool is that that you don’t have to be at home to take this class, as long as you have access to a computer with Zoom installed that’s connected to the Internet.
